Civic Center Interactive Map Directions from the I-30 Exit Hwy 19 North which is exit 122.  Go north 3 miles to Houston Street and turn right. Go 3/4 's of a mile to the Civic Center complex. The Civic Center and Equine Pavilion are on your  right. Turn in.
